I contacted Folan and Johnson to after a bad experience with another roofer. F&J gave a proper written quotation explaining exactly what needed to be repaired and stuck to it. The team turned up when they said, were courteous and took less than a day to fix the other roofer's poor workmanship. I recommend F&J to anyone and will definitely use Checkatrade again.

As soon as Andy came to quote for the job, it was clear that he was a man of his word and that he knew exactly what he was talking about. His written quote arrived very quickly and explained exactly what needed to be done to repair our roof. Four of his team completed the work over nearly three days. They were always polite, on time and keen to explain the work that they were doing. Andy often came to check that the work was being completed to our satisfaction and was always a pleasure to deal with. They took all of the debris away and have provided a first class new roof for us, which should last for many, many years. Our previous roof had failed and was leaking badly and Andy was kind enough to fit us in as soon as possible. I have no hesitation in giving his company ten out of ten. I am a hard man to please and my score is reflective of the excellent job that he and the team did for me.
