Felling of a Lawson's Cypress tree, approx 18m high

I was very impressed with the way the team carried out the job - bang on time arriving and it was all finished in less than 3 hours (leaving me pleasantly surprised, having been told they would probably have to be on site all day) on a bitterly cold day. In fact, they only had time for one coffee round! The logs were cut to length to my fairly fussy specification and the only reason for the "9" score on Quality was a bit of an uneven cut surface to the remaining stump, but that's hardly a show-stopping problem. Thank you for a very good job done!
