Derek Moore and his team were excellent and I would highly recommend them. What more can you ask than your builder coming in on time, on budget, exceeding expectations and managing building regulations compliance on your behalf. We have a period property and they worked tirelssly to ensure that period features were retained when otherwise they may have been lost or compromised if they had followed plans to the letter.

We all know that our homes are special to us and that having hairy builders walking over them can be a traumatic time. FBS demonstrated a good understanding of this and were respectful though out the scheduled work. They were friendly and courteous at all times. From the out set, one of my main reasons for using FBS was because they were the only firm (of the five that I asked) to give me a complete break down of costs before the work started. I will use them again for my next project next year.
