Derek and his team arrived promptly every morning and in spite of some appalling weather the work was completed within the time specified.  The follow up has been excellent to ensure I am completely satisfied. At all times the work was done with cheerfulness, consideration and politeness.  I would certainly have them to do any other work.

Refit of Two Bathrooms and Installation of a Water Pump
This is the third time we have used Derek and his team and for very good reason. Yet again the work is outstanding, the team lovely and it all came in on budget and on time. When there was a slight problem with one of the showers, Derek was around straight away and fixed it there and then. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Fitted kitchen/granite worktops
This was a tricky job in a quirky period property where nothing was square or flat, but Foundation Building have worked miracles to produce a beautiful kitchen. Excellent value for money and high quality workmanship from a friendly, polite and good-humoured team who arrived on time every day and always left everything clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and will be using them for all future jobs in my home.

Patio, paths and laying of turf
Having done our recent extension we didn't hesitate in asking Derek and his team back to do some work in our garden.  True to form the work has been completed on time, on budget and to an excellent standard by his ever polite and friendly crew. We would definitely recommend Derek and his team!

UPVC Windows and Lintel work

Remove interior wall and extend and install new kitchen
Any project is judged by the contractors performance against quality, cost, time and conduct.  Derek and his team have exceeded our expectations in every respect. The whole experience was stress free and all unexpected problems were efficiently overcome.  The final result was 1st class and they can be highly recommended.

Loft conversion with dormer
Foundation did a great job from start to finish. Derek Moore helped us keep the character of an old house whilst dealing with very strict new fire regulations. Very courteous. Worked in all conditions (even snow). Any problems that popped up were very quickly dealt with by Derek who is very professional and a true gentleman.

Two Storey Rear Extension
Very happy with works performed which were completed on schedule. As with any building works there was the odd issue and it is to Derek and his teams credit that these were always dealt with promptly. Particularly impressed with final clear up of site - probably tidier than when they arrived ! I would have no hesitation recommending them and have now asked them to do my patio and fencing.

Extension to Back of House and Pand Patio Doors
Derek Moore and his team were excellent and I would highly recommend them. What more can you ask than your builder coming in on time, on budget, exceeding expectations and managing building regulations compliance on your behalf. We have a period property and they worked tirelssly to ensure that period features were retained when otherwise they may have been lost or compromised if they had followed plans to the letter.

Three new lintels and two lead valleys.

Front and rear extensions
We would recommend Derek and his team without reservation. They had a very difficult job on their hands with our extensions and coped admirably. The work was carried out very professionally and the results look fantastic. Our one special memory is of the bricklayers appearing just as light was breaking and disappearing when they could no longer see! Superb

Removed block dividing wall in kitchen and re supported ceiling
Although this sounds a simple job, it was complicated (as Derek expected and planned for) by need for building regulations, plumbing, electrics, plastering, floor tile removal and making good.  We found him and his people thoughtful, hardworking and friendly. Work was completed on time, to budget and what we expected.

Loft Conversion
We all know that our homes are special to us and that having hairy builders walking over them can be a traumatic time. FBS demonstrated a good understanding of this and were respectful though out the scheduled work. They were friendly and courteous at all times. From the out set, one of my main reasons for using FBS was because they were the only firm (of the five that I asked) to give me a complete break down of costs before the work started. I will use them again for my next project next year.
