I had Four Corners replace an old window with a pair of French doors. I thought the job would take at least two days to complete; however before I could offer a cup of tea the job was done. I was amazed at the quality of the work that had been carried out in such a short time. I would highly recommend Four Corners. It was a pleasure with no mess and no fuss.

The house was completely renovated. We are very pleased with the work which has increased the size of the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms and made a dressing room and utility room. Also we had improvements to the terrace both front and back.

Created a new level ceiling using metal studding which was plaster boarded and skimmed. A number of recessed ceiling lights have been set out accurately. Hacked off perished plaster, sealed the brickwork, floated and set the damaged area and re-skimmed the whole of the wall. Good work skills clean tidy and reliable.

All I can say is they made what was a very big gamble on a property, a painless renovation (complete new plumbing, electrics, plastering, roof structure, rebuilding 2 floor extension end, under floor insulation etc..) into a very happy family home. Karl, Matt, Keith and team are true genuine builders. With a very set budget and unforeseen issues arising like drains and small underpinning my budget was not more than 15% over. With added extras like outside shower and guidance on how to finish off my jobs. Also throughout the cold winter project I was only able to deal with Karl at weekends and over the phone due to my work. He project managed it from start to finish keeping me updated on progress and any options/decisions that needed to be made which would effect cost. Many thanks guys and all the best I hope 2010 finishes off well and 2011 starts well. Cheers.

Karl and his team are very courteous and professional. Importantly, they were trustworthy (we were happy to leave them keys to the house). They did a great job adding a bedroom above our kitchen. They gave us a great price and helped us find ways to reduce costs. They kept exactly to budget and Karl even did some extra plastering for us elsewhere in the house at no extra charge. We're really pleased with the result and would recommend them.
