Broken cold tap

This was an emergency call out. He came within the time agreed. The broken tape was fixed and I was given advice about general maintenance for my taps. A good job done.

Installed combi boiler, new radiators, shower and towel warmer

A very neat and informed service. The quality of the work is first class, and we were well informed as to any issues that arose during the works. Frank also made plenty of suggestions as to how to improve the original design/specification. Overall a job very well done!

Replace cold water tank in a 3rd floor flat

The tank is in a cupboard in the kitchen, and the old one (1968) was a non-standard shape (tall and thin). Frank went to some trouble to find a suitable replacement. The old tank was full of rusty sludge, but nothing was spilt in its removal. The new tank required alterations to the pipework which was efficiently carried out, and the cupboard and water systems are back to normal. An air lock occurred when the system was switched back on, and this was dealt with very effectively.

Frank arrived on time, worked to schedule and kept to the price quoted. He explained the options available and helped me keep the costs as low as possible. He also made himself available to view the site at my convenience when asked to do so. I would definitely use him again.
