Excellent introductory advice re power usage and heat temperature in ceiling void and potential fire risks. Advised correct model and type of lights necessary to comply with legal safety limits (something we had not thought of when ordering lights.) Frazer arranged to change the lights for the correct models with the supplier on our behalf. He carefully and tidily prepared the holes in the ceiling prior to plastering and returned promptly, as arranged and on time to fit and test the lighting system. Had he not advised us of the potential hazard of fitting the wrong lights we could have faced an unknown danger of fire risk. If you have safety in mind then he's definitely your man for the job.

Two storage heaters suddenly didn't come on overnight and I contacted Frazer who was able to come out almost immediately. He rectified the problem there and then which was down to loose wiring in the socket. He was very courteous and I was pleased that the problem was so easily resolved.

I asked Frazer to replace an electric shower in a house which I rent. He advised me to buy a replacement shower as close as possible to the old one to minimise installation costs and the need to make good. My tenants have fed back that he arrived promptly and did a neat and tidy job, which means I didn't have to make an 8hr round trip to supervise. I would highly recommend him.

Frazer is an excellent electrician who is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. Whilst investigating a troublesome RCD issue (a tricky problem that some Check-a-Trade electricians wouldn't even touch) he showed great determination in diagnosing the issue with a focus on saving the customer from unnecessary charges wherever possible. I would recommend Frazer as a quality tradesman and would definately use him again. Top drawer.

We lost power to half the house on a Friday evening. We called Frazer at 8pm and he was round at 9am the next day. He fixed the fault quickly and identified several issues with the wiring of the house. We arranged for him to come back again to attend to these and replace the consumer unit with a more modern one. At all times Frazer has been friendly and professional and we will be using him again for future work. Highly recommend him.

Work carried out as requested. He offered some useful advice on he side. PAT testing is a bit loaded against private householders (not Frazer's fault!) especially when you only want a few items tested. The system is geared to commercial users with long lists of equipment.
