Flipping electrics in kitchen and then a re wire at a later date.
Kevin is great! He's done a few bits for us since we bought our flat but this was by far the biggest piece for work to date. We flipped the electrics in our kitchen so that we could stage the works and not be without a kitchen too long. It took several months to finish all of the work but Kevin was always very accommodating about fitting us in when we needed him and he is very thoughtful in how he goes about his work. He spends the time to think about the job, how to be efficient, keep costs, mess etc to a minimum. In addition to the big desire he also did spot lights, appliances and things like hang the pendant lights and hook up the extractor fan. Highly recommend.
