The advice given during the initial visit was excellent. Subsequent installation visit was also excellent. The installation was done well, including drilling through a marble work top, and the installer took his time to ensure things were done properly. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The chap who came to look at our faulty 8 year old B&Q Permutit unit arrived on time quickly found the fault, a cracked cylinder. He advised us on which unit to replace it with and certainly knew the water softening process inside out. The new unit was delivered and fitted in 4 days. Again the guy arrived on time and obviously knew a lot about the system he was fitting. I was very impressed on the knowledge this company had on the systems they deal with and the quality and helpfulness of the service they supplied. Full marks.

Extremely pleased. The person who came to quote gave good advice and knew the products well. He even mended a leak under my sink while he was there! The fitter was very friendly and did an extremely neat job. He worked hard to find a solution to allow me to keep some of the cupboard even though this was not the most straightforward option. On the agreement for this work, we were promised 2 packs of salt - due for immediate filling and our spare. We did not get the spare one. We had to fill in the holes with poly filler ourselves and clean up the dirt from house area, where it is not immediately invisible. The engineer was late by half and hour.
