We attended the customers home and forwarded a written quotation to him, not an estimate, we do not do estimates. He had purchased a fan for his bathroom and wanted it fitted. It needed to have an RCD spur fitted as it was in the Bathroom. He was made aware of this. The fan was reasonably cheap, but to enable it to be fitted in the bathroom, it was a lot more money than he had thought. He signed a copy of our quotation and paid a deposit.
