In response to the customers comments above. I originally carried out some repair work for this customer on her garage roof. The customer seemed happy at the time and paid her invoice in full. Since that time the customer has said that the roof is still leaking. I have returned to the customer and rectified this problem and even repaired another leak the customer had on her property that was done by another company free of charge. In my opinion I feel that I have done everything I can to please the customer and feel that I am unable to do anymore.
