Product OK, after sales service worst I have ever known. Took 6 attempts to replace one trickle vent, 4 attempts for one end cap, once even got wrong colour. Problems eventually fixed 17/11/06.I would not recommend them.

The work has been completed to the customers satisfaction on 17/11/06. The delay was due to the factory and office move, and also our supplier delay in supplying the appropriate parts.

Replacement patio doors.
Work ordered May 23, patio doors replaced August 3 after 2 cancellations by G & H. Faulty glass replaced Sept 16. One new pane had a crack and finally replaced Nov 21.

Conservactory, from foundations to plastering and screen wall.
Ground worker and brick layer were a little untidy- work was good. The UPVC installation was clean and tidy. Plasterer and screeder were average.

Extension to our existing G & H Conservatory.
My husband and I have been absolutely delighted with the service - we wanted an extension to our existing conservatory. It was a tricky project but both surveyors and fitters were superb. It looks wonderful. We thoroughly recommedn them.
