This is the second time I have used their services as I was very satisfied with some previous work Glen did fixing a leak from the toilet cistern and replacing a faulty flush system. On both occasions he charged less than I was expecting for the time he put into the work. I would not hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them to friends.

This is the second time I have used G&M Plumbing in the last 12 months and can highly recommend them. The boiler was fitted on the date requested and the price was held even though the estimate was given four months prior to the installation. Mark and Glenn are very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous and I will certainly be asking them to service the boiler when the time comes.

Mark visited the flat twice before commencing work to ensure my elderly parents were happy with the proposals. Mark and Glenn completed the installation in less time than they quoted and the flat was left in a very tidy state. The boiler and pipe work have been very neatly fitted and the system is very simple to use. Mark also ensured a timely registration with the Gas Verification system and gave a clear demonstration of the operation of the boiler and programmer. The final price was exactly as quoted and represented very good value for money. I would highly recommend G&M Plumbing and will be using them to install my own new boiler as this is now due for renewal!

I can only say that I am entirely satisfied with their work, In a couple of hours they had sorted out a persistant leak in the water heating system as well as doing a thorough check on the complex wiring of the hot water/central heating controls.  We now have a fault free system, running perfectly thanks to their careful care and attention to detail. They were friendly and courteous at all times and left no stone unturned in their assessment of the problem. They kept to their very reasonable price for the work done and I will have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them to others. it's not often you get a small local Company that turns out to be as good as these guys. I had known for some time I needed to replace the boiler and Mark of G and M had previously done a couple of emergency plumbing jobs for me at short notice and at a good price. i knew they specialised in boiler installations so we discussed alternative makes/models, made a choice and agreed a date and price. Mark arrived early on the day, worked virtually non stop and by 7.30 in the evening the boiler was installed, the place tidied up and the old boiler gone. i would not hesitate in recommending these guys on price, reliability and quality of work.

Our old boiler blew up two weeks before we where due to go on holiday, I rang G and M Plumbing and Heating and spoke to Glen, I told him we were going away and I knew this was short notice, but he said don't worry enjoy your holiday I will look after every thing. I didn't know what to expect on returning home as with central heating there can be a lot of mess, I was dreading coming home to a house in a mess. I couldn't believe it when we walked into the house, I think it looked cleaner than before we went away.  The old boiler had gone along with all the header tanks in my loft, I had a tidy loft and tidy new boiler on the wall with a new wireless thermostat. Glenn came to have a look at my old system and give me a quote for some repairs and servicing. Just then the old boiler starting leaking, so we needed to make a fast decision between options and get it installed quickly. Glenn and Mark got me the quotes done for a condensing boiler and a straight replacement, helped me decide between them and got the install done inside 2 weeks, despite other jobs on the go, at a great price. New combi with new controller working great - piping hot rads and loads of water on demand. Highly recommend G&M.
