GB Motorz is a growing business, established in 2005 which may not seem long but its tight unit of 2 hard working mechanics has over 45 years worth of experience between them. 

With a fully fitted workshop including up to date diagnostic equipment and a team with extensive knowledge in all makes and models of vehicle; GB Motorz can offer both local businesses and the general public with a professional service to cater for all needs, what ever the problem.  Its aim is to advise and assist customers on getting back on the road as quickly and as cost effectively as possible every time.

We offer a free local collection and delivery service, no job is too big or too small and always at an extremely competitive prices to clients throughout the local area.

Parts used can either be manufacturers own (always used for service work carried out within your warranty period) or patent parts which are of comparable quality but normally lower in cost. The choice is up to you, but we are always happy to quote for both options and let you decide.

BLOCK EXEMPTION

Previously, motorists were required to have their vehicle servicing and repairs at the main dealer so as not to risk invalidating the vehichles warranty however since October 2003 the EC Block Exemption Regulation 1400/2002 allows motorists more flexibility in selecting where they can get their car serviced.  The Block Exemption Regulation (BER) covers service and maintenance during the warranty period and prohibits vehicle manufacturer warranties from including conditions that require:

  • All normal maintenance be provided within the vehicle manufacturers network
  • All parts used must be the manufacturers original spare parts

So what does this mean for you?

BER safeguards free competition in aftermarket parts, repairs and services and will benefit motorists by reducing the cost of servicing through better labour rates and competitively priced parts.
