Contacted GL Services Ltd to service the boiler. They visited at an agreed date and time, replaced the faulty pressure gauge and serviced the boiler. We were able to leave Tom to work away whilst we were out of the house. We came back to a detailed description of the service and invoice (which we could pay online). House was left clean and tidy after the work had been completed. We would recommend GL Services to everyone. We have a high level of customer satisfaction and GL Services haven’t let us down. Great quality of work. A friendly, honest and professional attitude.

I am unable to think of any aspect of this work which was not good. The quote was acceptable - very reasonable and Tom kept to it. The work was performed quickly, cleanly, professionally and I was shown the broken part prior to replacement. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

We used GL Services for drainage work as well as installing a header tank and pump for our 2 electric showers. The work was done over 3 days. On each day they arrived on time as agreed. I’m very impressed with the high quality of work they did for me. I will be recommending them to friends and family. I would use them again for any plumbing work I require in the future.

Finally my old boiler died early this month. I had used GL to refit my bathroom last Summer, so already had a quote in preparation for the inevitable, and Tom was able to source the new one very quickly and fit it within a week. Thank you for keeping the old one going for so long! Excellent job, very happy with the boiler (Bosch). Would recommend Tom and Rikki to anyone. Great advice.

Tom and Ricki undertook the refit of my bathroom last Summer, involving: - Fitting new shower enclosure and taps/valve - New bath plus wall mounted enclosed bath taps/valve - Under floor heating - Laying Travertine floor and wall tiles - Fitting (and customisation) of Oak/ Travertine vanity unit and taps - Fitting ladder style radiator Fantastic job, showed real flexibility when my plasterer let me down and the vanity unit I decided on took 3 weeks longer than planned to arrive from the mountain from which is was hand-hewn! Also recommended an excellent electrician to me who was great part of the team. I am a bit of a fussy customer but again, they were always patient and courteous, even under duress, giving great advice when my ideas ran away with me. Thanks lads. Bathroom looks fabulous, just what I was aiming for.

We needed extensive re-plumbing of our property due to its age.  The team re-plumbed entire central heating system in 14 roomed premises. Installed and plumbed in 3 bathrooms including house pump.  The work was of exceptional standard, extremely tidy and was considering the nature and extent of the work carried out with very little impact to me or my family. It was very reasonable cost wise which gave me peace of mind that this wasn't being 'done on the cheap' to win business.  I cant fault the work, the people and standard of service. Great job very well done.
