Old toilet and wash basin removed, new fitted furniture and suite installed, existing pipework boxed in, old radiator replaced with new towel rail. Floor tiled. One wall skimmed by sub contractor plasterer. Had to wait about 3 months but work started on time as planned. Worth waiting for and very pleased with result. No hesitation in recommending.
