I have taken my car for servicing here for approx 3 years. Recently I had a problem with acceleration which they ran a diagnostic test they couldn't establish the problem and recommended a specialist and towed my car there. They always go the extra mile and a great family run honest business

I'm absolutely delighted with the work done and very happy with the price - it's actually less than half what the main dealer was asking for!! This is my first time using G R Autos and I will definitely use them for my service next year and anything else that may need attention. I trust them totally and respect their honesty and high level or workmanship - qualities that are rare these days not only within the motor industry, but most trades. I only discovered G R Autos a few months ago when a couple of great friends were telling me about how they were treated by another garage in the area. Would you believe they'd been loyal to that garage for many, many years and sadly caught them out not being honest. My friends came to me because of have internet and asked if there was any way we could find a good mechanic/garage locally. Through using Google search engine we found Geoff and Debra of G R Autos. My friends have been delighted with the work done on their car. I've literally just been home less than an hour from receiving my car. They even came and picked me up, I paid the bill and then drove home. Nothing is too much trouble. This garage is 1st Class and I will be singing their praises to all my friends, neighbours and anyone I know! Watch out Geoff and Debra you might have a long queue of motors outside your garage! Excellent service from a friendly and established team. I researched this garage through Checkatrade and we were not disappointed. Thanks to Geoff's honest and professional advice we saved ourselves a lot of money as the work that NEEDED to be done on the car was far less than we were quoted by another "established and reputable" garage in the Bognor area. The work was done quickly by Geoff and the welcome given by Debra was second to none. I would not hesitate to recommend GR Autos and will be using them in the future!

Original estimate was very competitive and work completed very quickly. Debbie and Geoff were very courteous and offered advice as to what was required. There was no pressure at any time. Our car was collected from our address and delivered at the end of the day, with work completed. This is exactly how customer service should be and we have every intention of returning our car to G R Autos for all future work.

Very friendly and great service. They collected my car from my home and dropped it back to me. I was also given a courtesy car. I was given an estimate over the phone when I described the problem so I could decide whether I wanted to book the car in and it turned out that the cost was actually less than quoted! Overall I am very pleased and would definitely use GR Autos again.
