Graham was excellent from the first quote to finishing the job. The job was carried out on a house that is split into two flats. The freeholders got some quotes that were shocking and 3 people never showed to give a quote at all. Graham was punctual, polite and even when put on the spot for a verbal quote it was accurate. Bad weather prevailed just before the work was due to commence and he was slightly delayed on another job. He did call and was very apologetic. Very pleased with the work. I would certainly use him again.
