Gary has done work for me on a number of occasions, I can highly recommend him. Gary is always quick to respond to calls for help, even on weekends, arrives on time, and is very knowledgeable, reliable and excellent at his job. He cares about the service he offers, and is extremely good value, for the high level of service he offers.

Diagnosed desktop PC fault and sourced and fitted replacement power unit

Really pleased with everything. Came to our home on the same day as contcated - despite heavy workload, he was happy to come at 9:00 in the evening (having checked with us first). Quickly diagnosed fault and returned the same week to fit replacement part, minimising our PC down-time. Good service, polite, tidy, and good value.

Slow computer

Had been having really bad problems with slow computer, Gary came round and added more memory. Since the work was done computer has been so much faster and no more nasty "Low on memory" messages. Very satisfied.

Installation of new computer

Gary helped to recommend a suitable choice of computer, which he fully installed, and explained anything I was uncertain about as he went along. Friendly, reliable, efficient service, at very reasonable cost, I would recommend.

Helping solve problem of slow computer

Helpful in arranging prompt visit, knowledgeable and efficient work, helped me to understand what the problem was and the extent it could be resolved, made a number of suggestions as to options. Outcome is a substantial improvement in speed. Charged at hourly rate agreed, and tended to underestimate time actually spent. Very satisfactory overall.

Noisy PC Fixed

I contacted Gary late last night via email. Today we were both busy during day time but Gary managed to drop by just after 8pm to look at the PC. He was very familiar with the hardware and the problem was quickly identified and solved within half an hour. He even vacuum cleaned the inside of the PC just to ensure no dust is gathered to cause any future problem. That is what I call an excellent service and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.
