Really pleased with everything. Came to our home on the same day as contcated - despite heavy workload, he was happy to come at 9:00 in the evening (having checked with us first). Quickly diagnosed fault and returned the same week to fit replacement part, minimising our PC down-time. Good service, polite, tidy, and good value.

Had been having really bad problems with slow computer, Gary came round and added more memory. Since the work was done computer has been so much faster and no more nasty "Low on memory" messages. Very satisfied.

Helpful in arranging prompt visit, knowledgeable and efficient work, helped me to understand what the problem was and the extent it could be resolved, made a number of suggestions as to options. Outcome is a substantial improvement in speed. Charged at hourly rate agreed, and tended to underestimate time actually spent. Very satisfactory overall.

I contacted Gary late last night via email. Today we were both busy during day time but Gary managed to drop by just after 8pm to look at the PC. He was very familiar with the hardware and the problem was quickly identified and solved within half an hour. He even vacuum cleaned the inside of the PC just to ensure no dust is gathered to cause any future problem. That is what I call an excellent service and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

My computer would not start properly after installing extra RAM, stopped altogether after updating drivers, and although it would boot, Windows wouldn't start from the original boot disk. Gary discovered that the old RAM was causing problems, and re-formatted the disk, restored the Windows system and even managed to rescue my data. He has been very helpful and I would certainly recommend him to anyone with a computer problem.

My computer had been repaired by another provider last year and I was at my wits end with a slow operating computer. A call to Gary was answered promptly and he arrived at the agreed time, after spending two hours resolving the problems in which he removed all of the imperfections, he then checked the hard drive to discover that the original was still there but that an operating drive had been installed which was ten years old and with insufficient memory. Gary took the computer away and within two days had installed and configured the computer. The price charged was more than reasonable. I am now extremely happy with the performance. A true professional whom I have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.
