Both Graeme and Tony were extremely friendly, whilst maintaining a professional way of relating. Once we discussed changing one of the jobs, Graeme suggested additional area to be cleaned with no extra cost. The sage wand was a wonderful touch as was the blue plastic shoes. Amazing!!!!!! Cleaned from top to toe, carpet shampooed and all furniture had protection on the feet to protect the wet carpet, I was asked to wear shoe covers before entering. Every room was cleaned above the standard that I expected.

Every new house move needs G Wizz to help ease the stress and pain!! Not only are Graeme's rates reasonable, they are very good value for money. The service I received was prompt, efficient, courteous and extremely professional. In my panicked hour of need after completing on our house purchase and discovering the cleaning would be a bigger job than I'd envisaged, Graeme was able to work to my urgent timescales and deploy his team. Trustworthy and personable I entrusted him with our keys via the Estate Agent and when arriving back at the house with the removal vans everything was perfect. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I found Graeme to be a very friendly, easy to get on with person. Even when I first rang to enquire, I found him to be very polite and he came across as professional. He rang me the day before he was due to come, to let me know he may be a bit later than he'd said which I appreciated. I am so happy with the work that he did - he did wonders with my carpets and left them looking so clean and smelling fresh. He even left some plastic shoe covers so that we could walk on the carpets without getting damp feet. I would certainly recommend him.

I contacted Graeme at 20.30 last night as I had spilt red wine all over my felt covered sofa. He advised me how to treat the stain right away and was at my house by 8.30am the following morning to thoroughly clean the sofa, and a small stain on the carpet. All traces of red wine staining have now been removed. Graeme was usual prompt chatty , professional self and was done with in the hour. I really cannot recommend Graeme and G wizz highly enough. Thank you so, so much.

Graeme came to estimate, identified the bits he could not do himself, then arranged to do all that was required bringing a colleague who could do those parts he himself could not reach.
