Refit a new bathroom

Steve was on time ,kept me informed all the way through and put my mind at rest over the walls and over my fear of water. Steve and Jack were a pleasure to have in my home they work well together and always take time to listen to you . Steve put all the bits and pieces back on the walls for me and the room now is really lovely . They are very nice people to do buisness with . I cannot praise them enough . Good price and a very good job

New boiler and complete bathroom refit

I could not be happier with the work. This was by far the most reasonable estimate and the job was finished on time and in budget. Steve and Jack were always reliable, punctual, neat and tidy. They were unfailingly polite and considerate. The work was completed to a very high standard and I am delighted with the finished product. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Replaced and fixed leaking pipe in the loft

Really impressed with the service. They arrived within 15 minutes of me ringing them and sorted out the problem really quickly. I will definitely be recommending them and will use them again if I need a plumber.

New Heating System Fitted

Steve and Jack fitted a completely new heating system in my newly purchased period house. The quality of the work was great and the house was left clean and tidy every night. Steve even popped back for a bit of minimal maintenance and fixed a leaky tap free of charge. You can't say fairer than that!

Central heating breakdown.

After being totally let down by my central heating installers I sought another contractor to deal with my breakdown problem with some trepidation. Deciding to use Checkatrade for the first time I selected Gallagher Plumbing and Heating, being a locally based recommended contractor. All in all a very happy experience. Polite, punctual, utterly professional. I will happily use their services again and will recommend to all my family and friends also.

Shower installed and re-tiled part of shower area

Steve was able to visit quickly and at a time that was convenient for me, for both the quotation and fitting. He was very courteous and I felt extremely comfortable that he was in my home. The work was completed to a high standard and I'm pleased with the result. The bathroom was also left in a very tidy state - beyond my expectations. Having discussed some potential, more extensive work for the bathroom, I found his ideas and suggestions very helpful, giving me confidence that he can help in both selecting a sensible layout and with the fitting.

New Boiler fitted

Found Steve on Checkatrade. Steve arrived when he said he would, was clean and tidy. Finished when he said he would and charged what he said he would. Can't fault him...no fuss, no mess. Brilliant.
