Bathroom repaired, re-tiled and refitted

I had a leak in the bathroom, with broken floor tiles and dated decor. Gapp stripped out old fittings, repaired the problem - then re-tiled and replaced shower cubicle. The end result was a beautiful bathroom - even the old bath and sink looked like new once refitted!! Excellent service.

Kitchen revamp - New cooker, tiling, marble tops and decorated

Conducted over 2 to 3 weeks due to complexity of removing and installing various components. We have used Glen before fitting new shower room and have found him extremely friendly and helpful. Standard of work is excellant.

Complete bathroom refit

Glen provided a really good service. From the quote I was impressed in his general approach and flexibility. We were able to see what size bath would fit after everything was taken out which for me was a real selling point - no one else suggested this approach. Glen was really helpful and reassuring before the job was done and whilst it was being done too. I felt could trust Glen's professional opinion and that the best for the job would be done. We are really pleased with our bathroom, exactly what we had hoped for. Glen was really helpful and did a great job.

Excellent job. Glenn gave us good advice both before and during the project, kept us informed about progress and completed the work on schedule despite some unforeseen setbacks.

Refit main bathroom

We chose Glen because of the reviews on Checkatrade. He lived up to his high grading and we echo all the positive comments. The standard of work of all the tradesmen was first class. Glen's planning, advice, hard work, communication and friendly manner made what may have been a stressful time into an almost carefree one!

New bathroom

I asked Glen to supply and fit our new bathroom having seen his good references on Checkatrade, and am very pleased that I chose him! He was not only slightly cheaper than other quotes we received, but much more flexible in his approach to the work to be carried out than other companies - we only have one toilet and Glen went to great lengths to ensure we never had to go without a loo, even though that made the job less straightforward for him (one other company that quoted told us we'd be without a toilet for 10 days!!). The standard of Glen's work is very high - and I am a very picky person. I was very particular about how I wanted things, and he was patient and accommodating of my requests. He was also very resourceful during the work and went out of his way to find solutions to problems beyond his/my control (eg: a box of mosaic tiles arrived smashed from the supplier on the day the bathroom was due to be tiled!). Most importantly of all, Glen is a genuinely nice guy - polite, well mannered and approachable, which goes a long long way. I'd happily have him back to carry out more work for me again any time, and would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Downstairs Shower Room

Very professional and high workmanship. Despite many unforeseen problems and a tight deadline, the work was completed on time due to Glen's commitment and hard work. We are very pleased with the result and will use him again if needed.
