I had a leak in the bathroom, with broken floor tiles and dated decor. Gapp stripped out old fittings, repaired the problem - then re-tiled and replaced shower cubicle. The end result was a beautiful bathroom - even the old bath and sink looked like new once refitted!! Excellent service.

Glen provided a really good service. From the quote I was impressed in his general approach and flexibility. We were able to see what size bath would fit after everything was taken out which for me was a real selling point - no one else suggested this approach. Glen was really helpful and reassuring before the job was done and whilst it was being done too. I felt could trust Glen's professional opinion and that the best for the job would be done. We are really pleased with our bathroom, exactly what we had hoped for. Glen was really helpful and did a great job.

I asked Glen to supply and fit our new bathroom having seen his good references on Checkatrade, and am very pleased that I chose him! He was not only slightly cheaper than other quotes we received, but much more flexible in his approach to the work to be carried out than other companies - we only have one toilet and Glen went to great lengths to ensure we never had to go without a loo, even though that made the job less straightforward for him (one other company that quoted told us we'd be without a toilet for 10 days!!). The standard of Glen's work is very high - and I am a very picky person. I was very particular about how I wanted things, and he was patient and accommodating of my requests. He was also very resourceful during the work and went out of his way to find solutions to problems beyond his/my control (eg: a box of mosaic tiles arrived smashed from the supplier on the day the bathroom was due to be tiled!). Most importantly of all, Glen is a genuinely nice guy - polite, well mannered and approachable, which goes a long long way. I'd happily have him back to carry out more work for me again any time, and would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Despite our not being around much during the works, we were kept well informed about progress from the commencement through to completion and Gapp Interiors were flexible in being available to discuss decisions, etc. At times which were convenient for us and perhaps less convenient for them. Our third bathroom refit but our first with Gapp Interiors and it was much better (both quality of work and overall project management) than the two previous refits that were completed by other contractors.

We used Gapp Interiors after a recommendation for someone in the bathroom industry, and I'm pleased we used them. They gave a very competitive quote including doing 3D renderings of the room so that we could see what it would look like. All the details were discussed in person and are all of a very quality. Glen is a very friendly, professional and trustworthy person, We would leave keys with him everyday and he would leave to house clean and tidy. We used him to completely redo our bathroom, when he needed other workman to do work he couldn't (e.g plastering) then he used companies that are also on Check a trade and were also very good. Our job ended up needing slightly more work than he thought but he didn't increase the price, what he quoted we paid! I would highly recommend using Gapp Interiors for any work, If I need anything doing in the future there will be the first number called, either that or I'll just ask him when we pay golf! Gapp Interiors delivered an excellent service. Communications were friendly, courteous and constructive. Calls were always returned promptly. The project time scale was respected and the inevitable changes to budget along the way were always made clear up front. The overall project was very cost-competitive compared to quotes from larger "high street" suppliers. There were a few very minor issues in workmanship by subcontractors that were immediately acknowledged and promptly addressed. Would definitely recommend this supplier without hesitation.
