My enquires by telephone were answered promptly and politely by a friendly voice. They were able to come the same day to give an opinion as my address happened to be on the way to another job. A quick look recognized the problem and an estimate was given. A day was arranged a few days ahead for the work to be done. The work was completed quickly and efficiently.
