Gardenfix is a well-established Garden Maintenance Company specialising in detailed garden maintenance, design and build. We cover all aspects of gardening, throughout Surrey and Hampshire.

We are very passionate about the outdoors, we love what we do and our aims is to exceed your expectations, with quality, value and a personal service. Our team believe in honest and reliable service with a down to earth approach.

Private Clients

We believe in Detailed Garden Maintenance leaving your garden beautifully manicured and shaped to ensure it looks lovely.  Our services include lawn mowing & treatment, hedge trimming, weeding, leaf clearance and mulching, feeding, watering, composting (construction & advice) cleaning patios and decking , pruning of topiary, small trees & shaping shrubs, one off garden clearances and much more. 

We believe each garden is individual and should be a reflection of you as this is your personal space.  We are passionate about helping you create outdoor space that works for you.  So if you want to talk more about gardening, plants please call us we love passing on our knowledge.

There is also a dedicated team who specialise in the hard landscaping and design of your outdoor space.  We like to tune into your needs in the garden and bring a harmony to reflect anything from water features, all aspects of stonework, drives, patios and paths, raised beds and all aspects of fencing.

One of our other  passionate parts of our gardening services is soft landscaping this means plants including planting plans & advice.  Our team have excellent plant knowledge either through years of experience and/or professional horticultural.

Corporate Clients

Corporate clients  generally use our services to maintain existing grounds or refresh overgrown and neglected areas. We provide ground clearance and landscaping to cater for most size plots, using mechanical means such as small diggers and mini-bulldozers, when necessary.

We respect the needs of corporate customers to continue their day-to-day business with the minimum of disruption; keeping our work as tidy as possible and completing it as quickly as we can.

We also provide year round maintenance so the grounds surrounding your business premises always look as good as possible; ensuring your employees have a pleasant working environment and your clients see your business in the best possible light.

Turf laid and trellis erected.

I spoke to the Company as recent as the 28/01/13 asking him for a details invoice and receipt for the money I paid him. I needed a detailed cost of the materials used. I tried to be polite but he just hung up on me. I tried to call again seconds after but answer machine was on. I left a message but have had no reply. The reason that this has been a long time between is that the trader was away for two months and I have been away Dec 12 and most Jan 13.

Response from Garden Fix:
This customer was given a verbal quote and did accept this, at the point of payment the customer was satisfied with the completed, at no time did she comment on the price of any materials or labour time and was satisfied with the completion. I feel that it was only when she was made aware that a friend could have done the work cheaper that she then contacted me to ask about the price she had paid. The customer was also made aware that I was going to be out of the country, but my office would be able to deal with any calls, which they did. As soon as I returned I telephoned the customer and asked about the problem and she refused to speak to me, just saying that I had over charged her, which of course I had not. I advised her that our work was of a very high standard. In my opinion the customer was mostly concerned about the job being done for the same price as the friend had quoted, which of course could not be done. I pride myself in all aspects of my work and would never over charge anyone.

New large driveway, patio and garden maintenance

Neil and his team have done a great job. They removed an old concrete drive and installed an enlarged block paved driveway. Neil suggested a design and stone in keeping with the house and the work has been completed to a very high standard using quality materials. The patio is a big improvement and the whole effect has greatly improved the house's kerb appeal. Neil and his colleagues were always friendly and helpful, work was completed to schedule and all was left tidy on completion. Very pleased with the end result and would have no hesitation to recommend.
