Lee was absolutely brilliant. He called round within 30 minutes of receiving my call and located the source of a mystery and very worrying water leak. He then replaced the valves quickly and with the minimum of fuss. I would not hesitate to call him again if a similar emergency arose and can recommend him very highly.

Garland Plumbing provided an excellent service and fitted a new boiler for my flat. The service was very good and the work was completed on time and within the cost quoted. Lee Garland is a courteous and friendly plumber who provided a good overview of how to use the new heating system and acted professionally through out the job.

The job was not straightforward but Mr. Garland worked hard to find the problem, without any fuss, and eventually solved it. He responded very promptly to our call and obtained the spare part quickly. I cannot fault Mr. Garland with regard to pleasantness of manner and neatness. He explained the charges in detail to our satisfaction.
