I needed a new gas fire installed in my study. Gary and his colleagues came on time, with the necessary tools and fittings. The job proved to be more complicated than expected and included removal of a chimney pot. The job was done efficiently and I was kept informed and involved whenever a decision was necessary. My 15 yr old boiler broke down completely, Lee and Gary came and diagnosed the problem and discussed the alternatives. I decided that it was best to fit a new one totally as I would be just building up costs on repairs and it had been going wrong for years. They came and fitted a new Vaillant condensing boiler, which is brilliant. What really impressed me was their efficiency and team work. They did it quickly but only because each person knew exactly his duties and were familiar with the whole process. They treated me with respect and the boiler is fantastic.

Following our central heating packing up on Boxing Day, we put in a call to Gary on the 27th and he came round very promptly to diagnose the problem. As the 27th/28th were both bank holidays replacement parts could not be sourced until the 29th so Gary told us he would contact us with a price then. We received a call on the 29th with a quote and Gary was able to come and fit the parts the same day. An exceptionally good service considering the time of year. Would therefore highly recommend!

Gas Technology were contacted to investigate a report from my tenant that the central heating was not working in my let property. The investigation took place and the system was thoroughly tested to confirm there was no fault at all - just a tenant who couldn't use the timer system!  Thank you to Gas Technology for being so honest and charging a very reasonable cost for their time.
