I aborted an appointment at the last minute

Literally ..the night before Marcello was due to work on my boiler which had "fixed itself" since making the booking - I called him to say it was working and I should have called him much earlier.  I was a bit worried as he potentially lost a mornings work - He was a real gent saying to me don't worry and to call him if it went wrong again (he could have understandably been annoyed). He has done work for us before and I wouldn't use anyone else!!

I rang on Saturday morning hoping for a Monday appointment, he attended within an hour, impressed by his knowledge and workmanship and politeness. He deserves to succeed.

Boiler replacement

I think the scores I gave say it all! However, I was very pleased that the check Marcello carried out before starting work identified a small gas leak at the back of the hob which he fixed for no extra charge. Also corrected a couple of errors made by other tradesmen!

Highly recommend this tradesman. Marcelo was very helpful, friendly, polite and informed me throughout the process. Went out of his way to explain the workings of a boiler I had inherited in my new house, and pointed out issues with the electrics that I needed to address too. Great, excellent service.

Repair to water main pipe

Marcelo very kindly assisted in his own time on an emergency repair. I was very impressed at his friendly reassuring manner and workmanship and would not hesitate in using him again for any future repairs.

Small fault on my boiler.

He was very polite, helpful and knew right away what was wrong with my boiler and he didn't charge me anything on such a small job.

Replace pump for boiler and overhaul other parts
