Literally ..the night before Marcello was due to work on my boiler which had "fixed itself" since making the booking - I called him to say it was working and I should have called him much earlier.  I was a bit worried as he potentially lost a mornings work - He was a real gent saying to me don't worry and to call him if it went wrong again (he could have understandably been annoyed). He has done work for us before and I wouldn't use anyone else!!

I think the scores I gave say it all! However, I was very pleased that the check Marcello carried out before starting work identified a small gas leak at the back of the hob which he fixed for no extra charge. Also corrected a couple of errors made by other tradesmen!

The company came the next morning after I rang late the previous afternoon. What, based on my description, had been thought to be a simple problem that would be speedily remedied, turned out to be worse. They worked hard to put everything right that day, leaving me with a fully functional system. The extra work must have been an inconvenience but they were pleasant and helpful throughout. Will now be my contractor of choice for future heating system problems.

Marcelo came out the same day after I rang with problems with my boiler and no heating.  Thinking we would need a new boiler, he advised us this was not the case and the problem could be solved. He came out the next day and worked very hard to find the problem (which took longer than anticipated) but we now have our heating back, much more efficient than before and the cost was very reasonable for the time involved.  I cannot thank Marcelo enough for his help and support. I would definitely recommend him and his team.

It is rare that one feels completely confident from start to finish with a tradesman these days. When you find one keep hold of his details ! This was certainly the case with Marcelo and John and I will be recommending them to all my friends with regard heating and boiler issues. Best quote and seemed most honest (hard to quantify this but thats how I felt from start to finish). I would suggest that you include the guys if you are getting quotes as I think you will be glad you did.
