Roger came to review our site, talk through our requirements and I was impressed with his attention to detail and expertise in the look I was trying to achieve, he gave me a lot of confidence. Roger explained the steps required for the job, everything happened as predicted, including accommodating some additional plastering work next to the fire alcove which I had not originally asked for. Rob (in Rogers Team) took a tremendous amount of care in covering our wood floor to avoid damage and coping with my obsessive eye for detail re the positioning of the granite hearth and stove itself. I cannot recommend this company enough, an absolutely outstanding quality of service, customer care, the finished result looks stunning and superb value for money.

Roger was really helpful before I even hired him to do the job re advising which type of fire would be best, etc. On the day they got on and did the job efficiently and cleared up well. Sorry can't remember the name of the lad working with him but he was really professional too. Great job and really pleased with the result. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

After having other fitters look at it and be reluctant about taking on the job as it was out off the ordinary, Roger immediately knew what was needed and how to do the job. They carried out the entire job, including opening up the old fireplace, sorting out the hearth and fitting the stove. Absolutely fantastic service. Cherry picker was used to access an extremely high chimney and Roger's "CAN DO" attitude ensured that the work was completed under very difficult circumstances after a very long days work!! I left them to it and when I returned and they explained the problems that they had encountered. I was glad I did leave them to it because if I had stayed around I think I would have suggested aborting and waiting for me to put a scaffold up to the chimney but they wouldn't be beaten and completed the work to a fantastic standard for the agreed price. I am a building professional and know that tradesmen of this quality are a rare breed and I would highly recommend them to all.

We had booked GasPro to install a stove that we had bought on the web as we found this was much cheaper than buying a stove from an installer. They came to give us a quote very quickly, sent us the quote within 1 day of their visit and their price was very competitive. The fact that they were highly rated on Checkatrade was very important in our decision too. The installation day went really smoothly and they tried to cause as little disruption as they could to our lounge. They left the place pristine, were pleasant to deal with and explained to us what to do and not to do re: using our stove. I will recommend GasPro to people and will use them again in the future should I need a similar service.

Roger came round quickly to give a quote, he gave me good advice about the type of stove I wanted and the best chimney solution. He gave me a quote there and then as I was supplying the stove. When the stove arrived early they were even able to arrange come a week earlier to fit it. They arrived promptly on the day of fitting and completed the work in the time they allowed. There was a problem with the chimney that required some bricks to be knocked out and replaced but the price remained the same. After the work was complete they tidied up very well and gave me advice on using the stove and how to treat it in the fist few days. An excellent service all round, I whole heartedly recommend them.

Roger and Rob were helpful and flexible - more flexible than the flue liner I originally bought. A tip for other people getting a stove fitted - ask Roger to buy the flue liner for you. Roger had to drill holes in chimney breasts to try to get the original flue liner down and it was a messier and dustier job than originally envisaged. He 'made good' to an acceptable standard and I'm very pleased with the stove. I've already recommended him to other people thinking of getting a stove fitted.
