Greg and John, two very pleasant guys, turned up on the Tuesday morning in freezing conditions for a two and a half day job. They worked tirelessly throughout finishing on Thursday mid afternoon. They protected our carpets throughout the house and left everything when finished in a state where we did not have to clean up after them. Apart from me clearing a wasps nest in the loft before they started work I simply had to leave them to just get on with it. They have returned since to repair our shower unit and once again a clean efficient job at a good price. I would definitely recommend GB Boilers!

Greg and John did a great job and did not over complicate a simple part replacement. Greg kept me informed about when he would be able to come out and, once the issue was confirmed, advised on the best course of treatment. He did not try to sell me parts or services I didn't need or baffle me with technical terminology. I would recommend GB Boilers for their honest, down to earth approach.

Cannot recommend this firm highly enough. Greg and John were very punctual, courteous and tidy. They know their stuff and their prices are extremely competitive. What a find. Will certainly be using them again.

Job turned into a nightmare for the plumber due to the age of the plumbing. It took them hours due to complications, they had to stay into the evening, got a parking ticket and were still polite and courteous. On top of that, he did not charge me for all the hours they worked. Genuine guy! Would definitely recommend.

Greg replied promptly to my request and attended at short notice to diagnose the fault. He returned at a specific time to fit the replacement part and checked the operation of the system. Both Greg and his colleague were polite, punctual and tidied up after their work. Kept informed of costs. I was very pleased with their work and would be happy to recommend them to others.

Excellent service at sensible prices. Gregory responded to my initial email query and subsequent communications very quickly. He did the work efficiently and with no hassle. He even replaced a leaking valve for me at no extra labour cost. I have been looking for a trustworthy, reliable and good value plumber/heating engineer for ages in London and I will definitely use him again for all my plumbing needs (assuming he keeps his prices keen!).

Greg and John were very efficient at finding the problem and resolving it. Whilst at my flat I asked them to check the boiler, which they did and they spotted a significant health and safety blunder which they were able to resolve easily to make it comply with legislation. They were very tidy, professional and very trustworthy. I would definately recommend them to friends.

Greg was great, kept within budget and did the work on schedule. He thought on his feet to solve a couple of problems we had and the initial quote was 40% cheaper than another well known supplier supposedly with a "special offer" on the table (to supply an inferior boiler!). A pleasure to deal with. Would recommend.

Gary and his colleague were brilliant. They came over to quote on the day that I called, gave me an estimate for the work - and didn't charge a call-out fee for the first visit - and then moved things around in his diary so that he could fit the boiler for me the following day because of freezing weather was forecast. Gary and his colleague arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day and when they finished they left the room spotless. Gary is a conscientious, trustworthy and skilled tradesman, I cannot recommend him enough.
