I would not hesitate to recommend GBF to anyone wanting a professional job done. Graham is easy to talk to and deal with and all the various companies and tradesman he uses are prompt, polite and courteous at all times. The standard of construction and finish is very good in all areas. Any problems or alterations required were dealt with with no problem whatsoever. Very pleased.

This was a professional job from start to finish. Grahams quote was realistic and fair and he arrived on the day and time agreed weeks before hand. Everything and everyone turned up on time and we were kept well informed of what was going on and any problems. They even worked through torrential rain to keep the early part of the job on schedule, when many would have given up. Any changes were discussed and agreed, and extras were priced fairly. We have a high quality conservatory delivered on time, to budget and at a competitive price. We would happily use GBF construction again and have no hesitation in recommending him and his team to others

Graham and his team were very friendly and professional and very happy with the final result. Most of his sub-contractors were also excellent. Quality of Workmanship marked down initially due to a couple of items but both were willingly corrected when pointed out. Would also add that Graham and Andy and Casper pulled out all the stops to finish the work and resolve electric flooring issue whilst family was away - including a late night visit. The effort was very much appreciated.

We were very impressed with Graham and his efficient response to our initial call. We were away while the actual work was being done and we returned to a wonderful new kitchen with every detail as we had envisaged. All work completed to a good standard and met the specification. All builders and contractors were polite and courteous. Builders were very tidy and always left the property cleaner than we expected. The ONLY negative I can think of was once the main build was complete and the work moved onto the first/second fixes we were not always fully aware of which trade was going to be on site and when, and had to ask the main builder who was going to be around and when. But this was only a very minor inconvenience and very easily solved by a text or phone call.

Where we changed our mind and asked for steels to be fitted and some light switches to me moved / doors changed we were given a fair price for the additional work. Very tidy at end of each day, given the dust. We were always informed which days the builders would attend and the work which would be completed. All completed within timescales set, which was good peace of mind given the imminent arrival of our baby. Thanks Graham for the hard work and swift completion.

Graham project managed the building of our extension very well everyone that worked with him was reliable and courteous. They were always here when they said they were going to be. We added jobs along the way that we didn't originally think we were going to do like a new patio and some landscaping in the garden which were carried out straight away without any problems. Despite extreme weather (snow etc in January!), Graham was round as scheduled and kept ontop of everything. Where sub-contractors where used, they were all local guys who really knew they're trade and were able to offer sound advice on any issues that cropped up. Quality of work by Graham (GBF), the Electricians (AHK) and Casper Barton (who fitted the kitchen), was second to none.

Very happy with the work done. There were no hidden extras, everything was included in the quoted estimate. We knew what we had to pay and when. This was a well managed project - the right people turned up at the right time. GBF have excellent relations with all tradesmen. Any post build "snags" were rectified satisfactorily.
