Structural changes, chimney taken out. Rewired, re-plumbed, re-plastered, new kitchen. Bathroom and ensuite

Bulk of work completed well. However once paid did not follow up on snagging and communication non existent, even after 6 months of promises.

Replace cracked concrete driveway with patterned brick paving

The workmanship in laying our brick paving driveway has proved to be excellent. The workmen were polite, kept the site clean and were punctual during the 6 days of the job. The price was very competitive and I have no hesitation in recommending GC Building and Preservation to my friends and family. I would definitely use this builder again.
