Had a power failure and he came within an hour of me ringing. Quickly isolated the fault to my fridge freezer. Tried attaching a new plug in case it could get it working again, although it didn't. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Will definitely use again when I have more work to do, hopefully not an emergency next time!

I had a problem with my electrical circuit tripping, probably because of water ingress due to wallpaper being steamed off. GDL were patient and helpful on the phone, talking me through what I could try; and it worked. I am most grateful for a very kind service.
