Removed Braviax.exe Virus
I am absolutely thrilled. My PC is back in great shape. The virus was safely removed. All my files are safe. I was really panicking and they sent me a geek within 2 hours. He gave me some good tips about general maintenance, removed loads of junk from my PC, gave me some free preventative software that is really good and left me with a PC that has never been faster. I am filled with confidence.

Re-installed the internet connector.
Although the fault was a case of re-plugging in thr internet server, the engineer used his time well and answered questions and installed useful programs to clean the computer.  I would recommend them.

Laptop would not start due to a corrupted file
Service was excellent, however my first call to them was at 11:40am, I was promised they would call back within 1 hour. I had to call them again 3 times before somebody called me to arrange appointment. I would recommend them.

Mended computer
