The customer wanted work done quickly as he had already pre booked decorators. A verbal quote was accepted and formally put in writing. Before the work was carried out the quote was formally accepted again and work was then done to a high standard. The customer and his wife were happy and paid the agreed amount as per the quote. The customer contacted us two days later to say she was unhappy with the pattern on the artex. We returned and re-did the whole ceiling to his satisfaction and free of charge as a goodwill gesture.

The original quotation stated the work could be completed within four days. The customer made various changes throughout therefore prolonging the contract. Regular contact was made with the customer and several visits were made. Not at anytime were we aware of any problems, and finally received payment some months after the work was completed.
