We were told the work would take 3 days. Work started on the day specified, although I had to wait in for them to arrive on both of the first two days. The initial workmen were polite but seemed rushed. Some floor boards were found to have woodworm, which we were advised would be okay when filled, which it did not. As soon as we voiced our concerns, they came back and replaced the floorboards, and retouched everywhere without any complaint. We have ended up with an absolutely excellent job. My advice is to spend a bit more time discussing options before the work starts. I do recommend them.

The work was done effeciently and to a high standard. As my kitchen is in my living room I expected them to be very intrusive, however they catered everything around me, accommodated the situation and I didn't even notice they were there! I would recommend them to anyone!

The workmen were good communicators, courteous and on time. They were prompt, very tidy and knew their stuff! I'm very pleased with the results and it has made a vast difference to the lounge and hallway. They only took a day to do it, and gave good advice on aftercare for the flooring too. I was unable to be present during the necessary repair to my wooden floor, but the contractor kept me fully informed and even sent photo messages of the work carried out. I found Glyn and his staff very professional and reliable, and would have no hesitation in recommending them to other clients who require floor sanding. Lee and Andy have done a really great job. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and the finished result. The guys are friendly, professional, helpful, polite, and tidy. The work included the replacement of a damaged joist, the sanding of a large painted Victorian floor, the replacement of damaged floor boards, staining, and finishing. The finished result looks great. We would recommend this company and have the guys back to do other floors in the house.
