Dishwasher was showing a warning light and not draining water, despite my efforts in cleaning the filters. Zi quickly diagnosed and sorted out the problem, a blockage deep inside the machine which he quickly removed and got the machine working again. Zi is a polite and honest person and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Zi ascertained very quickly that it was the motor that was causing the issues and he flagged up straight away that to replace such a part was likely to be expensive compared to the cost of buying a new dishwasher. He charged me less than his normal call out fee for diagnosing the problem. A couple of days later he called me back to tell me the price of a new motor and a quote for replacing it. I decided not to do so and he was more than happy with that decision - in fact, that is what he recommended. Zi is a refreshingly honest and trustworthy chap and I would not hesitate to call him again if I have any issues with appliances.

I felt that the service I received was terrible. The trader looked at the washing machine and then confirmed the whole motor was broken. I was told I would receive a quote for the new motor and that he would come and install, at an all inclusive price. When I received the quote it was higher than originally quoted, but was also told that it would be extra to fit. We advised the trader that it was too expensive and said that if we found the part cheaper then he would come to install (still for the same price). When we found the part cheaper, he refused to install. We have since been quoted elsewhere and it was found that the fault was with the brushes and cost us less including labour instead of the higher quote we almost paid.

In response to the customers comments above I feel that I have to disagree with them. I was called out to inspect and diagnose a problem with the customers washing machine. I found that the problem was with the motor. The customer was informed and I told them that I would obtain a price for a new motor and send them a quote to supply and fit. The customer was under the assumption that I would be able to supply and fit a new motor for the price of the call out fee. I clearly explained to the customer that we do not fit parts that are not supplied by ourselves, because we cannot guarantee if the parts supplied by the customer have come from a genuine source. I apologise if any misunderstanding or inconvenience has been caused to the customer. My aim is customer satisfaction at all times.
