Turned up as arranged for both estimate, which was very competitive,and the work. Fitting was scheduled for the date I requested. Fitting team were friendly and polite and laid dustsheets down prior to starting work then ensured everything was left tidy when they finished. Very pleased with both the windows and service received and will be using them again.

Apart from an initial delay in obtaining the special glass for our exceptionally large window, once the date was set the fitters arrived ontime and fitted the window in a difficult situation in 4½ hours! Excellent.

The original enquiry was handled very efficiently and quotation arrived soon after the request. Once given the go ahead the job was surveyed and on the day 2 fitters turned up and they were both polite and efficient. They put down dust sheets from the front door to keep the carpets clean and cleaned up after their work was done. This was the 2nd time I have used them and would certainly recommend them to anyone needing work - large or small.
