Loft Conversion

John and his team finished the loft conversion within 5 weeks to a very high standard of workmanship. We cannot fault John's project management skills and it became obvious he takes pride in doing the job right. All the trades used by John were competent professionals. We would happily use John for future building works.

Build bay and install double glazing

First floor bay completely rebuilt to modern insulation and weather proofing standards, Double glazing installed to ground floor and first floor. John Gleeson sorted years of damp due to original thirties construction aggravated by a rip off double glazier. John brought his experience to the start with his investigations and quote, and ran the works including managing specialists well and cleanly.  The finish was carefully matched to existing pebbledash and site left tidy. We got good value, a good job and a good builder, who we'll use again.

Felt Roofing and Ridge repair

Felt roof renewed at crown of pitched roof and ridges repaired, felt roof above bay renewed. John Gleeson's team and scaffolders did a good job, pleasant, left the site clean and tidy. Good value, expected to last well.

Refurbishment of 3 bedrooms.

John and his team have just finished refurbishing our 3 first floor bedrooms. The job involved all steps from removing the old plaster board through to finishing the painting. The job was done quickly within our tight time constraints. I'm already lining up the next job that we would like John and his team to work on.

Carpentry work and general work.

John saved the day for us when one decorator had let us down and his carpenter did not show up. John gave us accurate estimates and did a great job with the work to enable us to move in on time.
