Mr. Mumford has done various jobs for me for which I am very pleased. Renewed boiler, replaced toilet, supplied and fitted shower and installed kitchen. His price quoted was very competative. I have recommended him to friends and they have been very poeased with is workmanship. Mr. Mumford always arrives on time and cleans the area in which he works and tidy up at the end of the day. I would be happy to recommend him.

Fixed boiler and repaired pipe under basin

Old Boiler replaced with new condenser boiler, new location.

Excellent. Keeped informed of progress, and arrived early (before 8am) so I was able to got to work as normal. Will use again

Fixed boiler

Our heating wasn't working, we rang Glen up to ask if he could come round to have a look. He diagnosed and fixed the problem over the phone for us, no charge. It would have been easy for him to arrange a time to come round and charge a call out fee. Very informative and always looking to help. Glen is always are first port of call when we have any plumbing issues.

Fitting of boiler

Glen and Neil were prompt, tidy well mannered. They kept to their time plan and happily gave verbal advise prior to carrying out the work. Would happily call them to for more work.

Fix blockage in bathroom wash basin.

This was the first time that I have used Glen Mumford Heating and Plumbing Services and I will definitely use them again. Mr Mumford was very polite and explained what needed to be done. He completed the work quickly and l am very happy with the result.

Response to faulty boiler

Glen responded to my call very quickly and sorted the problem very efficiently and quickly, all on the same day! Very good, reliable service as usual. We have used Glen before and we would recommend him.

Advice given about problem with boiler

Contacted Glen regarding a problem with my boiler. Went out of his way to talk me through a possible fix over the phone and provided me contact details for another colleague when unable to attend the call out at short notice. Very helpful.

Follow up to original fitting of fabulous new bathroom

Last year Glen fitted a fabulous new bathroom which far outweighed my expectations. Subsequently, there was a problem with the mirror (nothing to do with Glen) - Glen pursued this with the manufacturer and persevered until he got a satisfactory outcome. This was very time consuming for Glen who then came and refitted the mirror - all this at no additional cost to me. I cannot recommend Glen highly enough - thank you Glen, the bathroom is still the best room in the house!
