Mr. Mumford has done various jobs for me for which I am very pleased. Renewed boiler, replaced toilet, supplied and fitted shower and installed kitchen. His price quoted was very competative. I have recommended him to friends and they have been very poeased with is workmanship. Mr. Mumford always arrives on time and cleans the area in which he works and tidy up at the end of the day. I would be happy to recommend him.

New Bath Mixer Taps Fitted

Glen arrived promptly and was very helpful and polite and was very easy to talk to. I will definitely be using him when we have a new bathroom and we will definitely recommend Glen.

Repair of toilet cistern, including removal and replacement of tiled casing

As water was leaking on to the floor, Glen diverted from another job to deal with this. He arrived promptly, did the job carefully and efficiently, and was informative and helpful throughout.

Replacement of old shower with updated model

Glen came promptly when he said he would having done the research into the latest model of our Triton shower so as not to disrupt our tiling etc. The job was done very thoroughly and the shower has been working beautifully ever since. No complaints at all and a 10 for everything.

Repair to boiler

Glen was extremely helpful and courteous. He went out of his way to help sort out the problem with the boiler. I would highly recommend him.

Inspection of Boiler problem

Glen went over and above to help sort out the problem with my boiler. Whilst we had to end up phoning Worcester directly due to the extent of the problem, Glen ensured that what they did was correct. The following day, he felt I had been overcharged by Worcester and got on to a rep who confirmed that this was the case. With Glen's intervention, we received half our money back from Worcester. What a service this was from Glen!!! I can't recommend him highly enough.

Telephone assistance

After calling numerous heating companies so close to Christmas, I nearly gave up in despair. At this point Glen returned my call and was kind enough to offer his expert advice over the phone, he was genuinely concerned and took the time away from his family to ensure I was up and running. And my family warm again. Without hesitation I would recommend Glen for his personal and professional approach to customer satisfaction!

Careful consideration of problem by telephone and providing advice

I thoroughly recommend contacting Glen Mumford for the considerate and trustworthy support provided. I was given help over the phone on what to check first for on the boiler to determine if there was any action I could take, with consideration of safety, or whether an engineer would be required. Saved me money and time. Thank you very much.

Tank overflow dripping

Glen was the only person that was prepared to come out even though he was up to his eyes with other work. True I did have to wait but I didn't mind as it wasn't an emergency. Thank God I did because now I've found someone who I feel is trustworthy and I also liked him as a person which is very important when you have someone in your house. He changed the ball valve and did a couple of other small jobs as well and I thought that the price he charged was reasonable considering he is very professional. Top class.

Heating system service

Glen turned up on time out of normal hours as he promised. He quickly got to grips with our heating, mega-flow and underfloor heating system. He talked me through the work he was doing so that I would be able to make some adjustments in future. A decent guy who knows his stuff and charged a fair price.
