Fitted new central heating boiler
Glen was extremely helpful and efficient. Our boiler was fitted and the work completed to a high standard. Glen also diagnosed a fault with our main gas supply, called out British Gas and waited at our house for them to come out and complete the work. Overall we found Glen to be hard working, knowledgeable and good value for money. We would recommend him to anyone.

Replacing toilet
Despite a couple of setbacks, neither caused by Glen, the setbacks were overcome and the work completed to a high standard. Glen has now completed two jobs for me during them his skill and flexibility have ensured that the jobs were completed on time and to a high standard. Bathroom renovation
Glen was highly recommended to us through a friend. We asked him to "transform" my mother-in-law's bathroom in a very short space of time as she had to be moved while the work was carried out. As a result her bathroom now has new window, new boiler, tiles and a fantastic walk-in shower (with seat and handrails) to my mother-in-law's delight. Re plastering of lounge and removing under stairs cupboard
This is the second time that we have asked Glen and his team to work on our house.  We had the lounge re plastered and under the stairs cupboard removed and make perfect. We happily went on holiday whilst the work was being completed...  trusting them with keys and obviously access to the house. Install toilet in en-suite and move boiler to loft
The project involved moving the existing boiler and hot water-tank into the loft in order to expand the existing shower room (to fit a complete en-suite with shower, basin and toilet). Glen’s guidance was invaluable when we discovered that the installed shower tray was faulty. With out hesitation, he resolved the issue with the original supplier and the supplier’s area manger came to inspect the fault and resolved the situation with little inconvenience to me Glen’s customer. Glen is a “one in a million” professional who he takes pleasure/pride in his work and we would highly recommend him.

Refurbishment of master bathroom
The job entailed a strip-out of the existing bathroom and a refitting of a new one. Glen gave great advice throughout the project; for example: part way through the strip-out, he encountered a problem with an internal brick wall that had been incorrectly built and his advice was invaluable in resolving this issue even though the solution resulted in the job taking longer than expected and as a result Glen had to delay the start of his next project. Glen had a number of committed jobs that he had to complete before he could start our job, the finished result was well worth waiting for Glen to fit me into his busy schedule. Glen takes great pride in his work and this is evident in the finished results.

Remove shower wall. Rebuild new wall including tiling, hanging door and silicone.
