1920's 3 bed detached house, original tiles are slipping and breaking up. We have been advised that the roof is at the end of it's life the last time tiles were replaced.
A really good company to deal with. They replaced the roof on our house and built a large single storey extension. The tradesmen were tidy and never forgot that their building site was our home. During the build we never felt excluded from the process; Lawrence Goodman was always available to answer questions and provide advice; he encouraged us to say as soon as we had a concern rather than waiting until later. This allowed an open and honest dialog. The staged payments allowed us to feel in control.

Bathroom rebuild, new flooring, new bathroom position, supporting wall
I meet with Loz the owner and discussed my
options, nothing seemed to be a problem to altar my small bath room. A new
levelled floor was needed and to reposition the suite using deans and Loz
skills made all the difference. Very professional company clean and tidy. Also Loz advised that a previous builder had made a hash of the work they had
done in supporting a wall, this was easily sorted and with no fuss. I would
recommend this company to my friends and family.

Bungalow loft conversion
Goodman provided best quote. This was a big job. Loft conversion, garage conversion and moving kitchen plus replastering etc etc. Overall, we are very very pleased. Goodman's team were pleasant to be around, worked hard and produced high quality workmanship. Job took many months but was well organised and executed. Highly recommended.

Decking of raised patio garden, construction of steps and gates, decking around house
Lawrence has completely transformed our garden. He made some excellent improvements to our original plan, and has built a solid structure that will last for years. The finished job is aesthetically pleasing but does not compromise on safety which was our primary consideration. He and Craig worked tirelessly and completed the job a day ahead of schedule, and everything was left tidy at the end of each day.
We highly recommend Lawrence. Any future work on our home will certainly be going to him.

Changed single to double door, laid solid oak wooden floor in the hallway and fitted architrave.
Mr Goodman took on board all our requirements and executed the work to a high standard. We are planning to get him to do more work on our property. He is also very punctual and courteous. We are very satisfied with his work and have no hesitation in recommending him.
