Checking aerial connections, advising and installing freeview
They provided advice over the phone with no pressure whatsoever, they arranged an appointment to call at a time convenient to me. They called before on the day to confirm the time and then called approx 15 mins before the appointment time to say what time they would arrive. When they arrived they were friendly and polite. They advised further on availability of Freeview services, estimating the cost involved in the area but without pressuring me into buying something unsuitable or expensive. They went out of their way to sort the problem with the TV we had, set up the freeview system and then sorted out a problem with the tv and recorder and ensured that all was working properly before they left including taking away the rubbish. Their charges were very reasonable and did not exceed their estimate. I am happy to recommend them to any one.
