We found Mr Smith to be true to his word, he turned up to do jobs as agreed, he was efficient and clean, very polite and also advised us of ways to achieve our objectives without costing too much! He has completed several jobs for us. I would be happy to recommend him.

New roof to extension
Grant accessed and fully explained the work that needed doing which included reinforcing the roof with further joists.  He offered the choices available for covering the roof recommending Polyroof 185 system which although more expensive came with a 20 year guarantee ( accepted). The work was unavoidably delayed for two days due to weather but once started was completed quickly, very competently and at a very competitive price.  Grant is also a very good plasterer which was very convenient as our ceiling had to be dismantled to replace the joists!! We are absolutely delighted with the results, and commend all for the long hours of very hard graft which they completed cheerfully and with good humour.  They always tidied up at the end of each day. We thoroughly recommend Grant to anyone.  Exceptional work .

New gulley + Polyroof 185 System
Very please work has now been done efficiently. Realise there is more to do, but not able to continue at this time. Grant was very polite at all times and I would recommend him and ask for quotations when we are ready to have more work done. Basic problem remedied.
