Central heating.
Mr Hobson was very quick to reply, he fixed our boiler and has serviced it ever since. We found him very honest and polite and you have no extra hidden cost with him. I would recommend hi to others as I already have to friends and family and they are all very satisfied.

Repair to kitchen sink waste.

Our sink waste was leaking and unusable. Chris came out to us within a few hours and sorted it out for us. He was very polite and efficient. We would certainly recommend and use again. Many thanks.

A)Emergency repair to GCH boiler then later:B) Remove and replace failing ignition system parts plus service.

Chris and Grant both deserve our thanks for their efforts, the "emergency" first part of the work carried out just before Christmas allowing our arrangements to then go ahead (we were hosting a family Christmas) followed by a more in-depth repair and service. Cannot fault them for fair and honest dealing and costs. Based on our experiences, would highly recommend them.

Saturday call-out, diagnosis of boiler issues, replacement of valve and power flush system

Chris came out on a Saturday evening when our boiler refused to stay on properly and wouldn't heat the house. He was really knowledgeable and honest about our options. He found that a valve was broken and needed replacing, and also recommended a test we could do ourselves over Sunday to narrow down causes of the flow problem. When the self-test returned no problems, he came round first thing Monday morning as promised with Grant to replace the valve but also talk our options through. We agreed that the valve would be replaced and the system power flushed to try and solve the flow problem. Grant stayed to do the power flush and valve after Chris had set them up, and they were both polite, friendly and helpful throughout. When Grant was done Chris came back to check it all over, and it seems to all be working like it should again now. I would definitely recommend Graphite to anyone in the area, and if (or maybe with our old boiler that should be when!) we have any more problems we would not hesitate to use them again. Installation of boiler.

We were very lucky to find Graphite when our boiler packed in. Chris and Grant were able to come to our rescue within a few days. We were very impressed with their work and pleasant behaviour, so much so that we have asked them to take on more work for us in the next couple of weeks, we would never use anyone else after this.
