Ian and Mark worked extremely hard to create a new drive, patio, path and fence for us. We are very pleased with the finished result and would recommend them to anyone thinking of having similar work done. They were very courteous, pleasant and professional throughout and made helpful suggestions as the project developed. We have asked them to quote for some further work we want done and would definitely have them back.

New patio area laid, new path, lawn, fences and new back gate with steps built to gate and shed door. Brick wall built to make raised border. Ian and his co-worker Mark worked really hard on our garden. They told us exactly what they were doing all the time. We are really pleased with the work they have done and would certainly use them again and would highly recommend them and their work. The quality of work done is brilliant! Very nice lads!

All the old concrete in the front garden was broken up and removed from site. The ground was leveled and compacted and block paving laid. The flower bed was re designed. The side alley was levelled and paved. Ian did a superb job on our drive. He worked in a very professional manner and always left things clean and tidy at the end of each day. Everything was explained and any questions always answered. Very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend Green Side Up and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thanks Ian for a fantastic job.

Ian's quote was very fair and in fact he made suggestions that brought the price more in line with our budget without sacrificing the overall effect of the finish. He understood exactly what we wanted and offered good ideas that really enhanced the end product. His workmanship and attention to detail was second to none and must be commended. Each evening the site was left clean and tidy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Green Side Up landscapes and, in fact, have booked them for further work later this year.

Very helpful suggestions at the outset to polish our rough design, and flexible with changes as work progressed. Ian and his colleague Mark were painstaking throughout the job and kept us fully informed at all stages. Although rather a large job they finished right on schedule. We are delighted with the finished garden and have received many complimentary comments.

Ian and Mark worked extremely hard in some horrendous weather in November/December. Did excellent job on block paving. Second part of project done in March was the re- turfing and circular patio, which was also expertly done. Ian and Mark's advice on improvements were most welcome. The delivery of materials and removal of garden rubbish was very efficiently undertaken. Overall, very pleased with the work they did, and would definitely recommend this company and would use their services again.

Ian and Mark have done a fantastic job on our garden-it has gone from being a mass of concrete and sloping ground to a beautiful garden that we can now use for the first time. Ian worked on my garden for about 2 months. It was a large project and a complex design, which involved removing large trees, building a brick arch, paths, a two-stage patio, a new lawn and a water feature. Ian and Mark (who works with Ian on large projects but owns his own separate landscaping company) worked exceptionally hard to a very high standard. They are both perfectionists and do not cut corners. The quotation price was fixed but if I thought something didn't look as I had expected, they happily amended it. I thought the quotation was a little expensive but I was looking for quality work, which I got. I would highly recommend this company.

Ian worked on my garden for about 2 months. It was a large project, which involved moving large amounts of earth to flatten parts of the slope, building brick retaining walls, wooden arches, paths, patios, complex terracing using sleepers and laying a new lawn. Ian and Mark (who works with Ian on large projects but owns his own separate landscaping company) worked exceptionally hard in very hot weather to get the project completed to a very high standard, both of them are perfectionists and will not cut corners. The ground was iron hard which slowed work and extended the time taken to complete the project but there was never any talk of increasing the price I was charged - the quotation price was fixed, only changes I asked for resulted in a change. I was pleasantly surprised by the flexibility they showed in this respect - if something didn't look as I expected, once it was mapped out/started, they happily amended it, no tutting/sighing just a very reasonable recalculation of the quotation based on the new requirement. Ian is quiet and professional but friendly and easy to talk to. I initially thought the quotation was expensive but having seen the amount of time and effort expanded and materials used on the project I now feel I got a bargin. I would highly recommend this company.
