I would not hesitate to recommend Greenfields services, the work took a little longer than estimated as the bathroom had to be completely stripped back, this was due to shoddy workmanship by the previous owners. The workmen turned up on time and were courteous at all times. Can not fault the workmanship at all it is absolutely brilliant a 100 times better than it was before.

Excellent job. Before work began we had concerns about possible problems with gas pipes, but were advised about our options if problems arose. In the event everything went very smoothly and the accompanying electrical work was also carried out with care and consideration being given to our new kitchen planning. To fit a shower unit over a period two whole months (28 April - 4 July) ceiling and coving disturbed in my opinion "No attempt to make good". Shower tray found to be "wobbly" on inspection support legs had been jacked up on pieces of tile/timber. Support legs never been rectified.

The 2 month time frame is from when we replaced a leaking shower valve to ensure the customer had showering facilities before we could complete the enclosure works. The customer also changed his mind regarding the size of shower enclosure he wanted which caused a delay because we had to exchange the goods. There was no mention of us ‘making good’ the coving/ceiling in our quotation as the customer said he would do this following his change of shower enclosure size. Following an inspection of the installation in our opinion the shower tray was completely solid, not at all ‘wobbly’ as the customer has stated. We pride ourselves on our excellent workmanship, customer service skills and we always do our utmost to ensure our customers are completely happy with our work as can be seen from all of our other comments.

A very professional service, with excellent finished work. We were kept informed at times of what would be done on any given day. The only difficulty was the electrician not turning up when expected but this did not appear to delay the work as it was still finished in the expected time frame - it was just slightly irritating.
