Welcome to Greenserve Ltd, a medium sized customer focused business providing plumbing, gas services, heating system installations and maintenance services for home owners and commercial businesses throughout Greater London.

Andy is extremely passionate about delivering quality workmanship and raising the reputations and standards of tradesman within the capital and surrounding areas.

Greenserve is unique in that they guarantee to diagnose your boiler fault within the first initial hour, or you do not pay! If parts or remedial work is required, a fixed price will be provided to stop the cost spiralling out of control and get you up and running ASAP.

Greenserve are members of the Real Assurance Scheme and as your installer we have conformed to their rigorous standards outlined in the consumer code.

We are Worcester Bosch and Vaillant accredited installers so we are able to offer our customer exclusive extended warranties on all new boiler installations. We are also Gas Safe Registered and all of our installations are certified with the Gas Safe Register and building control, where required. This should give you comfort that you are dealing with a professional organisation that is setting high standards within the industry.

Greenserve are renewable energy specialists and have a vast knowledge in this sector which can be proven by our industry accreditations. As gas & electricity prices continue to rise, we can offer you cost-effective solutions to compliment our conventional energy systems, simultaneously reducing your utility bills and carbon footprint.

The Greenserve office is based in Earlsfield SW London and is headed up by Connie and Natalie. They will ensure Andy and all members of his team are booked in at a time that suits you and they will handle all of the administration and boiler registrations. This leaves Andy time to do what he does best and enjoys - Plumbing!

To take a control knob from my hand and put it back on cooker.
There was no work done. The workman that came after 5 mins imformed me that the company do not repair gas cookers, and he wondered why the company sent him. I am appalled that a company that does not repair gas cookers can knowingly send out a workman who wondered why he was sent. And can charge for a job they are unable to do. I am very dissapointed with this.

Fixed faulty boiler and poor connection.
Amazing call out time. Within an hour and a half of the problem occurring, the engineers were round at 9.00 pm. Friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. A very pleasant and pain free experience.

Boiler replacement
I found the company following reviews on Rated People. I was very impressed from the moment I spoke to Natalie/Connie. They were very efficient at sending required paperwork etc, and arranging the estimator and the engineer. The invoice was exactly the same as quotes given. The engineer Bela arrived early but that was great! He was very hard working, pleasant, and did a very good job. The piping he did is amazing! He cleaned up the area after the work was completed and explained the boiler to me. On the whole I have been very impressed from start to finish! Other companies, you better watch out!

New boiler installed.
Greenserve Maintenance Ltd did a great job in replacing an old boiler. Their quote was much more reasonable than some others I had received, they did the job on time and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Pressure dropped due to a leak.
Greenserve arranged a visit in the same day. The engineer arrived on time, fixed the problem and made a thorough check before leaving.
